Can we set like a wait duration between posts? We are getting some spammy posts and we want to make customers wait like 5 mins after each post. Is this possible?

There is no current built in facility. I quite like the idea as a possible future enhancement though so we can add it to the list...

If it is a matter of spam posts then our Admin Bar plugin can optionally check posts with Akismet.
