links coming up with error messages about permissions

I have become aware recently that when other users click on links inside forums posts they get the following error message:
"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."
This error does not come up when I log in as the admin, but it does if I log in as a normal user. Screen shot below.

Why would you think this is an error message? There is no error...
Check your forum permissions - which is what the message actually says. You have not granted those users the permission to view links in forums - permissions > 'viewing' section.
