I downloaded the .mo and .po files from http://glotpress.simple-press......cn/default.
But the .po file is not completed - I can't even find "Last Post", "No Topics" in it... The .po file does not match the current version.
Can you please provide the correct template .pot file? At least I can modify it myself...Thanks.

I have just checked and the current PO file for the Default theme - which you seem to suggest is the SP theme you are using - most certainly has both of the mentioned strings and for both Chinese Standard and Chinese Taiwan that particular text has been translated,
All PO files on the glotpress subdomain are fully up o date
