Ok the first one is a harmless notice (although we do clear them up when we encounter them) and basically an annoyance. The second one is a result of the first one.
BUT - the biggest issue here is that nothing like this should EVER be shown on your display. As the PHP documentation states - all error reporting should be turned off on production/live sites. Your hosting company should never have this turned on and it will need to be turned off in the php ini file on your web server.
And quite honestly no - this has nothing to do with your previous problem. It really is a harmless notice - you just shouldn't see it!
