I think there's a bug on this site.  I'm trying to access this page:

FAQ: How to Create Custom Template

and it's giving me the "members only" page, and that I have to pay for membership (even though I'm logged in and it recognizes I am) I even logged out and logged in again, and it still refuses to let me see the content.
