Hi,
My wordpress website was hacked over the weekend and as part of the security measures I set up a new account and deleted the old one.... without even thinking about the forum admin.
Now there is another forum admin but it appears that they weren't quite as admin as I was, and although the message tells me to contact them about becoming forum admin when I log in, when he logs in, or I log-in with his credentials, I can't see any options to create a new admin? (or a number of other options I'm sure were there before)
Is this sortable?
Just when I was becoming quite pleased with myself for fixing the site.

Well, as you indicate, if there is any sp admins, the sp admin is
limited to the capabilities you assigned to users... wp admins are not
sp admins... this allows folks to make regular users be sp admins but
not have access to normal wp admin stuff...
for this other sp admin, look in your db, in the sfmembers table for
this user... try resetting the admin column to 0... this should then
give all your wp admins full access to the sp admin... and you can go to
forum - admins - manage admins and make any users you want be sp admins...
