Manually upgrade from 5.1.2

Hi!

My WP test enviroment is stuck behind firewalls an proxies for the moment. So my site is unable to automagic upgrade pluginscry. Is there a way I could manually upgrade my Simple Press 5.1.2  (build 8910) to the newer 5.1.3?

you can resort to good old ftp as always. Just overwrite the current folder with the downloaded updated version.
