Is there a way to turn off the 'Math required' section when someone tries to make a new topic? I noticed I can post a new topic without doing the math part as an administrator but it comes up when trying to post as just a 'member'.

It is a permission so just turn on the option to bypass the math question in the permissions management for any permission set you wish it to apply to
