member is forced to use a "math" capcha before making a post. This seems really wrong to me. And a reason to leave! How to fix?

It is a simple permission. if you don't want to impose it on your users then simply let them bypass it by setting the permission.

It really is worth spending just a few minutes reviewing all of the permissions and options available and setting things up as you want them.

Ok, I found the permissions and got them set correctly but my member still has the same problem. He sent me another picture -- see attached. Unresolved problems are starting to stack up. Can I HIRE someone to help me?

and can we confirm you turned this permission value on ('Bypass math question') for all the necessary permission sets you did not want it to appear for?

If so - are you using any form of WordPress caching plugin on your site?
