When doing a search on the member list through the admin tools within the forum, I've found that clicking on Page 2 takes us to the forum list rather than the second page of the list.

The info in the status bar looks correct (see bottom right corner of .png), however the resulting page is not that URL, but this - http://www.ivyworldwide.com/community/.

That usually smells of redirection taking place. Do you have any redirection plugin active? Yoast SEO? anything that might redirect? And if not - is your host imposing mod_security on your site?
