Member profiles not showing up

We recently moved to a new hosting company, and a lot of things broke. Now we just moved to WebSynthesis (which we’re hoping will be much better!) but in the meantime, we’re now faced with trying to fix all the stuff that broke!

One thing that’s fairly high priority is fixing our member profiles. When you click on the “Profile” button inside our S:P forum, NOTHING shows up. (Screenshot attached.)

 

Any suggestions for what to do to fix this?

 

Also, I don’t know if this is related, but there are several errors in our error log.

 

This is a protected membership site. Admin login credentials are:

When you moved servers the path to the profile forms has almost certainly changed.
Go to the forum admin > toolbox > housekeeping and click on ‘reset profile tabs and menus’. That should do it.

if you moved, you need to reset the profile tabs/menu location… do this on forum – toolbox – housekeeping… reset the profile tabs and menus…
