Member Settings Issues

I have a number of members who are registered for the Forum but cannot actually see it when they log-in. So I have a few questions:

1) Does it matter what browser they are using? (Is Simple Press only available on certain browsers?

2) How can I troubleshoot the settings to find out what’s causing these issues:

A) “Today upon signing into the Forum section of site I was unable to gain proper access.  This seems to happen intermittently.”

B) “I am unable to see anything in Forum… the screen is white.

Thanks for your assistance!

Do you have a link to Site?

And no wp caching plugin, and right? On Jul 26, 2012 12:48 PM, “Simple:Press Support” wrote:

It’s a protected site, so unfortunately I don’t have a public link. But I can take screen shots of anything you like to show you how it’s configured. Would that help?

sp is test on PCs with firefox, IE (8 and 9), chrome, safari and opera…  its also tested on a MAC with firefox, chrome, safair and opera…  so browser doesnt really matter…

make sure you site is consistent in use of www or not in the url…  each is their own cookie (login) domain…

and you cannot cache the forum page…

but an image probably wont help…  so perhaps explain a little further what is going on please…
