The add file button doesn't work in explorer 10. It's working ok in firefox but when clicked in explorer nothing happens. Tried to drag and drop a pdf file but just opens the pdf in the browser. Site is Gold Coast Photographic Society

Is this for ALL users of IE10 or just one - or one or two?

As this is a new forum on our site not sure if others have attempted to upload. Even when logged in as administrator the add file button doesn't work. When I hover over it is comes up runtime html4. Logging in as ordinary member is the same. One other member has reported same thing.

unfortunately, this is a known issue with the plupload library that we use for the file uploader. They are in beta on a new version that should fix the IE 10 issue... until then, as you already know, the drag and drop works.

Actually the drag and drop is not working. When you try to drag and drop your file just opens in the browser.

might need more info on that then... as in our testing on multiple sites and user feedback, the drag and drop is working fine...

Just to let you know that the issue has been resolved by going into IE security settings and restoring advanced settings. Also changed to compatibility mode. Still can't add file but drag and drop now works.  Thanks for your help.
