I have a webmaster in Australia. I need someone who is not asleep when we’re awake. Is there a way to find someone here who can be a backup webmaster for situations like this? I need someone to find out why everyone is locked out. Here is what they say:

“For some reason now, I’m able to sign in to the member site, but when I try to go to any of the links like the orientation page or the forum page, it says I have to be a member first. Did something change here”

“I’m having trouble accessing the Community site. When I login, I get the message “Sorry – the Forum is for members only”

“When I go to the page, it says “Sorry – the Forum is limited to members only,” and when I try to go to the home page, it says “Oops! Wrong Membership Level.”  I logged out and then back in to see if that would change anything, but it didn’t, and I don’t quite know what else to do from here except try back later.”
