I'm posting this in the wishlist forum too. Not sure what's going on.
Twice in the last week this happens.
My new members emails me:
"Hi Robert, I am still having trouble. I have not been able to access the forum to gain access to anything. I have tried on my cell and desktop, and nothing is happening. It even shows I am logged in, but when I click on forum I get a page that shows, "oooppsss, you need to log in on the right," and I look at the right and there is no login in there and it shows i am logged in."
I checked everything and can't figure it out. She's in there, the right usergroup and all....
Any ideas???

ok, I think I found it. I went in to the users profile in WP...and the wishlist level wasn't selected. It should be, that's what she sign up for....see attached. Looking into it...R

well, we have no control over the wishlist level of a member... when the register on wp/wl, they should get that... we react to the wp role a user gets, so if when then get a wl level, they get a wp role (setting in wl), we can catch that and give them membership in a sp usergroup...
