I signed up as a silver member. I paid by echeque (silly me). It's been five days and I've confirmed the payment has come out of my account.

When will I know that I can access plugins for download? Alternately, is there a way to check on the website when I'm able to download them?

The money has not been deposited on our end yet...  The transaction was last friday afternoon, so it has not been 5 business days yet..  I would expect it any day now...

I'm guessing you will receive a confirmation email. Also, as Mr Papa says - should be today or tomorrow.

I have checked with PayPal. We currently have one outstanding eCheck transaction dated 14th November and while it bears no match to your name or email address I assume this is the one in question. It has not been cleared and I see no estimate completion date which is a little worrying. However, neither have we been informed of any problems.

Personally I have never used eChecks so have no direct experience of how they work but I would recommend you check things your end to try and find out what the hold up actually is. I do not think there is anything we can really do until PayPal receives the funds and clears the transaction.

Yeah unfortunately I clicked on the wrong thing and ended up doing an echeck. I just checked and the funds have definitely been taken out of my account so PayPal has the funds. Who knows why you guys have not gotten the funds yet.

Okay I just checked. I guess we can all learn from this. The funds are in my PayPal account, being held for Simple Press. So the money is with PayPal right now but has not been released to you guys, for whatever reason.

Now I can check once in a while to see if PayPal has released the funds.

Sorry for all the trouble.

Just checked PayPal. The payment now shows as 'cleared', so hopefully it won't be long before it shows up on your end.
