I have renewed my membership and want to download a plugin but the simple press site does not accept that I have renewed my membership and when I try to access the plugins page it throws me out saying "membership expired".
How long will it take to update my membership status? I need to get things done.

I can see your old, expired membership record. Can you tell me what your user name is now - have you changed it to something else? You can email that to us via the contact form if you prefer to keep it secret!

please elaborate... what is not working? support site? codex? I just checked both and the accounts appear right...
please remember, that on the codex, you still have to log in... its the same credentials, but you still have to physically log into that site...

Are you sure you actually logged into the codex site? Its the same credentials, but you still have to log in... Just checked your account and all is square...

So were you actually logged in?? we have no facility to carry over a log in from the support site to the codex site... you physically have to log in...
I just took a look at your account and it appears set up properly...
please verify you are logged in and try again... if a problem, come on back and I will dig deeper into what is going on...
