Where is the "discounted" option? Silver and Gold Membership prices are the same as when I signed up.
It looks like there is a disconnect between the WishList email ( a very new and recent feature) and the SP expired page that only shows the discounted amounts AFTER the actual expiration date has hit. We were, to be frank, taken by surprise by the WishList emails...

Well I still think I stated exactly this in my first reply but lets try it again. I will turn it around.
The discounted renewal prices are shown when your current membership expires but because of a new feature in WishList which sends out expiration emails before expiration (which we have never sent out before) the discount is not yet shown. Or - put it yet another way - it will be when your current membership expires.
I did not mention an amount because you did not ask for one. But roughly it's about 25% less.

within one month of expiration, a Gold is discounted to $79 and a Silver is discounted to $29... sorry for trying to explain the issue you were seeing...

Hate to beat this thing to death, but I'm obviously doing something wrong.
While trying to throw more money at you guys I get to the PayPal page "Your order summary" and it is still charging me the full subscription price. Should I just wait until it expires? Really weird renewal system you have.
well, tried to explain... until we fix our stuff to work with the wishlist changes (not minor), the upgrade is not offered until the current membership expires... then its available for one month... sorry...
