When a user wants to send a message, after clicking 'Compose' and they start typing a member's name in the input field, the auto-complete shows matching names below. The user HAS to use the DOWN ARROW KEY and press ENTER to move that name into the Message Recipients list. It will NOT respond to a mouse click. Anyway to fix that?

I can only guess that if it has not been bound to the mouse click event then there is some sort of scripting conflict- maybe with another WP plugin if that is the only conflict found. And if that is the case then someone will need to look at it with a script console. Do you know how to do that?
By the way no other reports of such behaviour so this is not a general issue.

I do not know how to do that. I have a general knowledge of HTML and, as mentioned in another post, I did take a Pascal class in '89. Ha!
Is that something I can be guided thru? or posting some script here? Thanks so much Y/S!
