Support Forum
I have 5.2.6 installed and when I uploaded some plugins my entire forum went to 404 pages.
I figured out that my integrations was changed so I fixed that and how everything is going to the correct urls..
But now my custom icons are not showing only on the index page.. if you click into a sub category they seem to show up correctly..
It seems that my custom icons are still set

But they are not showing on the index page

But they do show up on the sub category

Here is another example.

Any Ideas on how to fix this?
The problems started when I enabled the Template and the Answers plugins modules.
I tried to disable all plugins with out luck..
Thanks,
David
cant really tell much from a screenshot/cast... need to see the actual site... do you have a link?
sounds like caching perhaps? any caching plugins? you cannot cache the wp page the forum is on our you get old results...

Hi..
Just sent you a PM.
Forum is not public
I have no caching plugins... was working perfect until I uploaded the plugins..
Thanks,
David
There are two custom icons associated with a forum as you will see when you edit a forum record. One is the normal icon and the other is the icon to use when there are unread posts in the forum for the current user. For your forums you have inly supplied the first of these icons so that when there are unread posts the system reverts to the default icon - i.e., the forum icon with the small new post symbol beside it.

You know I was always logged into one account and I updated it very often I never seen the other images until I logged into another account.
This is fixed now.
Why are the hardest questions so simple to answer
Just glad it is all sorted now.
It is important to remember throughout SP that all 'page views' are very much focused on the current user making the request. What one user sees as unread posts will be different to another user as such things are personalised.
