I saw that you guys offer the option to add 'no follow' to links which is good.  As a wordpress user, I'm starting to get used to my contact forms and other stuff being spammed.  Links to bad places can cause my site to take an SEO penalty... is there any way that I can ask for moderator approval for only posts containing html?

you could write an sp plugin for 5.0 to do that... but nothing out of the box... sorry...
