1) Her posts do not show up in the postbag and
2) When she responds to a thread, it removes all previously unread messages in that thread from the postbag
I assume there is something I can change in the settings to alter this behavior, but I cannot find it. Can you please point me in the right direction? Thanks…
the admins post bag is global – it is not specific to each admin or moderator… and the postbag is intended to show you posts on your forum that have not been responded to by any moderator or admin… So there is not really a way to make the postbag unique to each admin or moderator – that would be quite a significant change and potentially eat up db storage…
However, the post responded to by the moderator will still be in your unread post list (ie the quicklink unread topics dropdown)… so you can still easily read the latest topics since your last visit.

It has actually caused me to stop using the admin bar and I found that using the “New and Unread Posts” is working for me just as easily. Thanks…
