I am still a month later unable to resolve this problem.

I followed the instructions from this forum (see attached).

Moderators are in a group and that moderator group has been given all permissions except the ones that restrict them to their own posts.

Yet my moderator says: “When I go to the admin link, I get a message that says: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

In another email she says “That password you sent is the login I normally use, however, it still won’t let me access the Admin. section. You are listed as an Admin, along with Member (0) and Mr. Papa Admin (0). I am listed as a Moderator only”
