ok, finally it makes sense. Ironically it's too much work... I have dozens of forums. There should be a way to let moderators know when there's a post in any of the forums. This is tying my hands... looks like no vacation for me!

I don't understand.

If a moderator visits the admin side > Manage Admins > Your Admin Options they can there turn on email notifications and it covers ALL forums they are moderators in.

Surely the only issue you need to resolve here is why your moderators do not have access to that admin panel when - under normal conditions of WordPress they should have access.

Or am I missing something?
