Modorator label not working

I setup a mockup of content from the client.  Austin Powers is a moderator in the example so i made him a moderator in the forum. When I login as this user, and look at his profile he is a "moderator" but when post he is not being labeled as a moderator.  He is still being labeled as a member.

I don't understand. Where in the profile does it say the user is a 'moderator'? And where in the post area does it say he is a member? Are these labels you have devised? Badges? Special Ranks?

there were corrections made in 5.1.3 to correct an issue where the moderator could be incorrectly set up... sounds like you just need to get the update... and for users who you think are moderators, after the update either remove from the moderator usergroup and add back, or go to the db and the sfmembers table and make sure their moderator column is set to 1...
