How do I do that, I can't get it done, I can move topic inside that forum, but I want to move the complete forum.

I just told you this on the other thread you already raised the issue on. If we can stick to one thread it would be easier please.

Manage Group and Forums admin panel. Edit the forum. Change it's parent and/or display location.
