Moving forum after changing wordpress URL

I installed the forum under a "dev" folder. Later I moved the entire site from the dev to home folder and updated Wordpress' URL. I went into the forum plugin and changed it's integration options to update the permalink to the new URL. But not when I go to forum, it says:
Index of /forum Apache Server at bakerpedia.com Port 80 Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

It's strange.
http://bakerpedia.com/forum/nutritional/ Shows up correctly, but http://bakerpedia.com/forum/ does not :/

Sounds suspiciously like you have a directory on your server root named 'forum' and if that is the case WordPress can not resolve the correct url and the server always use the directory. Is this the problem?
