Ah ha! That makes perfect sense and was easy to do. Thanks so much. I'm not as worried now about the Most Recent post column showing, since I've got my permissions nailed down for those critical boards.

I'm just glad we got there in the end!
I hope you get the theme worked out. Just a small warning. We have had one or two conflicts in the past with some of the Woo themes. Nothing serious and all easily fixable but if you do stumble across something not working after you switch just shout and we can help out.

Good to know! I'm using the Merchant theme. Any known issues with that one? I'm just playing around in a sub-folder right now to make sure I can integrate everything properly before I make the switch on the main site.

I dont have any noted with that... as long they follow the wp standards and api (like load wp js instead of off site) all should be good...
