One of my moderators was having issues with comments loading on the front page content, opening messages in his private messages box, and not being able to reply to topics or quote posts. He made this video showcasing these problems: (Warning, there will be some loud music, so I suggest turning down the volume)
Does anyone by any chance know what could be causing these problems? He attempted to use multiple browsers and internet connections and he can use other website just fine, it's just a problem on our website.

If it is just one user and they really have tried using different browsers then to be honest - no ideas.
But I would suggest they use a browser with a decent script console (like Firefox) - clear the console out and then run your site and see if the console throws up any errors.
