Hi, my editor is not the same style as the one on simple-press?

i have the latest version of the forum and the latest tinymce plugin, however mine looks like this... i specifically want the "syntax highlighter" as i need to post code into some posts, and at the moment its not allowing me? i get error saying "iframe not allowed"
