Hi,
I have been using Simple Press for long, and have also bought your Silver membership in the past.
I am facing a big issue with the Forum now, and expect to receive your help soon.
On my right-sidebar of my WP dashboard, I see all my Forum options disappear. Even when I click on "Forum", I just see a page with the title "Your Admin Options" and nothing else.
What could have gone wrong? I deactivated the plugin and reactivated it, but still the issue persists.

In a nutshell you are no longer logging in as a Simple:Press Admin which could mean you have changed your user account or deleted the original or some such.

to extend Andy's thoughts, remember that wp admins are not by default sp admins... only the wp admin that installed sp gets the sp admin rights... but that can give any other wp user (not just wp admins) the sp admin rights on forum - admins - manage admins...
