Support Forum
In the last 48 hours, my forum has switched to loading outside of the page container. So at the top of the page you see the forum, filling the screen width, then *below* that you see my fixed-width page with the site header.
See here: http://beafreelanceblogger.com/forum/
Full-width-template page for comparison: http://beafreelanceblogger.com/training/
Changes I've made to my site recently:
- Updated to latest version of WordPress and SP
- Connected SP with Wishlist Member
- Updated Jetpack plugin
- Updated JM Twitter Cards plugin
- Disabled Digg Digg on forum page
- Changed distance of Digg Digg floating sharebar from left of content
- Updated default SP theme (I did this *after* noticing the problem)
No idea why this has happened. Please help - I have a basic grasp of HTML and CSS and can follow instructions.
Most usually this is a WordPress theme issue where it is trying to do something 'smart' and non-standard.
try turning on the 'Theme Display Options' in the forum admin > integration > page and permalink panel. One at a time. If no change try another insread etc. If all fail to remedy then try the use of strict WP API in the section above.
Turn off any options that don't help.
And let us know what happens...
