Hi--

I am not a coder, which is why I went ahead and bought the Simple:Press membership to have access to the plug-ins. I help run a small non-profit so we do not have deep pockets for big fixes.

So, got Simple:Press installed, got a lot of plug-ins installed, tested the site, seems to work, except nothing works on an Iphone except being able to view the main page of the groups. You can't open the forums or open the topics. I have everything set to being able to be read by someone not logged in.

I have a stupid, basic question... is this a theme issue? It works fine on FireFox on my computer.

Is there a plug-in or simple fix that does not require a lot of coding knowledge? If not, is there a reasonably priced option to get someone else to fix this?

Things are good using my iPhone. Do you have any problems accessing this forum with your iPhone?

And what Simple:Press theme are you using for both desktop and for mobile phones? The 'Unified' theme is our mobile theme...

I am using Unified that came with the install...I wouldn't know how to add a different theme for the mobile.

I made no changes to anything. Do I need to do anything special to get this to work on mobile devices?

We can't get any groups, forums, or topics to open on my husband's nor on my I-phone. Again, I can see the top page fine, that is, the listing of everything but nothing clicks one level down.

the default install does not come with Unified theme... It only comes with the default theme... You can download additional themes on our download page...

no, simple press will work fine on mobiles... just wont be an optimal display/layout without a responsive theme... Unified is our mobile responsive theme...

some mobile devices have had issues (typically with older os) with tooltips overriding the link... see: https://simple-press.com/suppo.....3/#p135494 for a workaround you can try...
