1.When logged as Admin..A warning is displayed at the top of the forum:
¨WARNING: The New Post Queue contains 357 Posts which require removal¨
What does that mean? What action should I take?
2. How to change the ¨Quote and Reply¨ option to just ¨Reply¨
3. How to adjust the size of the column under post in the ¨Quote and Reply¨ section?
4. Is there a way to change the Tag icon, make it smaller and reduce of the font of the
Tags.

have you read our wiki??? lots of info there...
the message indicates you have the admin queue turned on but arent really using it... so its building up and slowing down your site... forum - admin - global admins to turn it off if not using...
see wiki for edit tools for deleting topics...
you can replace the tag icon in the icon set that you are using if you want a different one...
to change button name you need to edit the core code...
firefox and firebug are great for inspecting css and making changes to css... cant be specific without link to your site...
