I can see that someone registered for my forum, but she wrote and said she did not receive a confirmation. I cannot find where I can reissue a confirmation to her. How do I do that?

registration occurs with the WordPress part of your site, not simple press... and as such, wp sends out confirmation emails... and the wp support forums have many issues with emails not getting sent - especially on shared hosts because wp send the emails from wordpress@yoursite.com (of course replace yoursite.com with your domain)... and on some hosts, if that account does not exist, the email wont get sent...
this is usually resolved by using an smtp plugin for wp (we use HGK SMTP) which improves the email experience...
