Well... since my last post here, I have:
- Re-installed default theme
- Verified all file ownership and file permissions are accurate
- Installed Stacked theme and switch options to use this theme
and still have the same problem!
If you go to: http://rotarynewengland.org/wp.....yles/ you will see the default folder. I added the create CSS file from the other site that's working as default.css, but don't see a way to "hook" this into the theme. At this point I'm so frustrated I'd be happy to hack the theme and use this CSS file and be done with it! Aaaargh!
still looks like a permissions (uid/gid actually) since you should be able to view the default.php file by clicking on it... but it generates a 404... or maybe your server is just plain set up to not allow php parsing of css files...
can you try the css only theme and see what happens with it? would answer that last question...

just what I said... a setting on your server is not letting php parse css file... the first two themes, the css files are actually php files... we parse them and generate the css... the css only theme is a css file to begin with - no php parsing of it...

Interesting... what setting is this? And why does the default theme work on another site on the same server??
By the way, I own the whole server, so I would like to identify the "setting" (probably in PHP software) so I can fix this globally.
Thanks for the help in sorting all this out, Mr. Papa. Appreciate it!
