HI,

I have a forum where there is the main group - then forums within the group and one of the forums has 2 child forums.

My issue is when a topic is created in the child forum or a post replied to in there I would like the parent icon to change to show there is a new post.  I know the little subforum icon changes to a red arrow when there is a new one but the main icon doesn't show a new post.  Also when I click on the parent forum and go to the page where there are the 2 child forums neither of them show new posts either.  Just the little new post icon in the middle of the forum title - where there is also the "add new topic in this forum" button.

Is there a way to have the main forum icon change to a new post icon when there is a new topic or post in one of the child forums?
