Hello - my link is nyyuniverse.com/forum

 

the New Topic button is not working properly - i did notice that the sign in button is also not working properly.

 

Clicking the button, nothing happens.

It is hard to be definite at the moment because your site os throwing script errors which may well be disguising the actual problem. Basically your jQuery javascript stops working part way through the page load.
The first issue seems to be with something called 'sharebar' - I don't know that one and I am not even sure if that is the first problem but it is causing an error. It would be useful if you could deactivate ot broefly to see of that resolves the problems with SP...
