As the title says.. Users register but do not get an email

Firstly, Simple Press doesn't send Email, WordPress does - So has this ever worked OK i.e is it a recent problem? Also what are you using for registration? If a membership plugin, how does that plugin handle registration emails?
WordPress is pretty bad at sending Email, and if this isn't a new problem you should look at adding a SMTP plugin like Postman SMTP, HGK SMTP to name a couple that are tried and tested.
One last thing, have you updated everything i.e SP, SP plugins, WP, WP plugins? We put a fix out in 5.6 for an Email problem that affected some users when having the 'New User Email' box ticked in Forum > Options > Email Options. Is your 'New User Email' box ticked or un-ticked? If you were affected by this before and had un-ticked it, might be worth turning it back on.
installed Postman. postman sends me an email but the forum doesnt...
or more likely registration does not

Am I not right in thinking that WordPress no longer sends emails with the password? The user creates their own password at registration time? Or am I wrong there? I need to try it out.
Forum admin > options > email settings. First check that the values stored there are correct. And if they are then turn off the option to send new users email form the forum and see what happens. As Ike said above - WP is notorious when it comes to sending emails.

Glad it's all working.. Is it just your spam folder or is it a common complaint from users using different Email clients?
Have you got your SMTP plugin set up to send from your Email clients server or is it just active and sending from your hostings Email server? Setting up properly should ensure it doesn't end up in a spam folder but with some clients (like Gmail) I sometimes get the impression it's a lucky dip if something makes it all the way to your inbox or not!
Yes I set up postman and it works but mostly all my email goes to spam folder..
Microsoft blocked me completely.
I'm not sure what to do as none of my user receives email from registration.. I have to do it manually now 🙁
