This is really driving me mad. 
If I analyze the forum page with Google, I get the title correctly set. And also, when I write the URL in the browser, it correctly gets the page title and shows it.
The only issue that I'm still not able to detect and solve is the browser title. I'm quite sure that Google indexing will be just fine, but I want the browser title to show correctly too. I tried to have a look to the JS files of the WP theme, but I didn't find anything that seems title related in any way.
Edit: another odd fact: while I was checking the forum on the mobile emulator via browser, the title looked correctly set! However, turning back to the desktop view and refreshing, the title disappeared again.

I seem to remember that you said with the WP default theme all was well so perhaps it is time to throw in the towel and have a chat with the theme authors... They should be able to point to the right place and explain what is happening...

Yeah, of course, but what's stopping me is that I should buy an extension of supporto from the theme's author just to get this answer. 50 bucks for a question is a bit too much, so I'll try to investigate further even if I have very few ideas at the moment.

I was left with no remaining ideas about how to solve the title issue, so I ended up requesting support to the theme creator. I'll update the topic as soon as I have some further info.
I decided to go for the support because I found some further integration problems when I activated some plugins. I'll double check it with the theme creator and with you in the appropriate section.
