in the sp admin... lots of things you can do there...  forum - themes - mobile phone theme and forum -themes - mobile table themes... you can set up different themes for phones and tablets from desktops...

but now that I am home, your desktop display is messed up too...  based on earlier permissions issues and the display, I would say your server is not allowing php parsing of css files... which is why it looks messed up...  does it look proper (somewhat like ours) for you???  I am not getting an css at all...

first thing to try... go to forum - toolbox - housekeeping and clear the combined css and js caches...  any better?

if not, short fixing the server problem, which we have never found out the real culprit (and would love to) for the handful of servers that have done this...

workaround is to go to forum - themes - theme list and try selecting the css only theme and see if better...

just to clarify, is our WP theme working correct for you on mobile and your desktop?  can you please answer this question?

the forums look perfect for us on using firefox and ie on multiple computers.  so we do not understand why or how it looks different on your computers.  can you post a screen shot?

before we change things it's important to know how often it looks correct on computers, like ours, and how often it looks messed up.

Ike - do our SP forums look messed up on your computer and mobile?

no caching plugins.

is it just the SP forums that are incorrectly formatted or the entire site i.e. the WP theme as well?

Can you PM me a link and if needed login info again? I emptied my inbox after I saw the 'answers post' in the last page as we do not keep other users login information.

This is what we are seeing. The WordPress theme looks fine, purely forum. The CSS is not being loaded, this could be coming from a problem in the theme files such as a missing closing brace } or it could be coming from as Mr Papa said, something else like a caching plugin
