Sorry, I see icons, but also the space between the top two items... so no, the wpmu dev plugin is not needed for that... but might be for the missing ones as its not been reported (in 5.4.1) yet...

As expected it is a CSS rule clash. Interesting actually because I think both us and the authors of this other plugin are probably equally to blame in that neither of us, in this instance, prefaced class names with a unique identifier (which we usually do by the way but missed it this time). So six of one half a dozen of the other.
