Not sure why but in my forum no one is able to create new topics or reply to existing topics. When clicking on Add Topic nothing happens, same for reply to existing topic.

You most probably have a JavaScript conflict - your wp theme or another plugin - which needs to be fixed. This codex article explains what this means and what to look for:

although this may not be the only reasons this can happen - it is the most common.

So I did some more digging and I can post here using the forums and Firefox but not on my site. IE works fine. Others are having same issue. This is a odd one.

Yes, did not see anything that would cause this just in one browser. If a java problem wouldn't it effect all browsers?

nope. each browser has their own javascript implementation...

yeah, well guests cannot post on your site... but I am seeing js errors from another wp plugin on your site...
a sashing plugin?? no clue what it does, but it may be causing the js issues with that error...
with your browser console open, try checking for js errors before and after clicking on the button...

Thank you. That was it. Sashin is the plugin. A plugin for integrating photos and videos from Picasa, YouTube, and Twitpic in WordPress. I disabled it and now can post and reply no problems. Thank you for helping me to locate that and I will follow up with the author of that plugin.
