Things like this are always possible of course but we don't have anything natively in place to do it.

The best we have at the moment is the current users online tracking sub-system. You could change that to not time out users for 120 minutes of inactivity instead of whatever you have oit set to at the moment (the default is 20). That wouldn't be entirely accurate with such a long time out and would could probably no longer be termed 'currently online' but maybe it would be a good enough indicator. And you can change the label of course.

The only other way would be to write a plugin to enable this.
