Hi,
I am trying to use the "Order Groups and Forums" option but when I click the "link" to use it, the animated loading square(s) runs and then I just get a blank page. Is there a way to resolve this?

Apologies for the delay in responding.
My best guess would be a script error/conflict. Do you know how to use the web console in your browser to report script errors?

I'm not that familiar...but I gave it go and there was nothing reported in the error console. Anything else I should try?

That attachment is actually related to the other issue I have pending...PM inbox not returning to zero. Please disregard unless you think it is related. Sorry for the confusion...I couldn't remove the attachment when I went to edit the post.

attachments are removed under the attachments area.... remove existing attachment...

Actually, the real issue is the "Order Groups and Forums" option is not functioning. Which means that my clients can't modify any forums or create new ones ones properly...

any errors reported in the console? sounds like a js conflict...

There were no JS conflicts reported in the error console. I disabled all plugins and I switched to default WP theme and still no success. Any other ideas? Everything else seems to work Ok. Even the PM Inbox is going to zero ( after switching WP theme ). But this is a real hinderance.
