About the caching and WP Rocket, it's definitley not a caching or rocket problem.
It's only not showing in firefox, I installed firefox on my notebook and opened the page there, and the forum is not showing the changes, but that only applies to the theme changes (color of the fields).
It's showing fine in chrome or IE

The reason I wondered about WP-Rocket is that it does offer browser caching (so iut claims) of CSS and JS files. If Firefox had the files saved to the FF cache prior to your change that might be enough to do it.
There is no real way that SP can serve up different theme files like that for different browsers. It has to be some sort of cache issue and WP_Rocket browser cache would still be my favourite hunch
