Clicking 'Order Pinned Topics' no longer seems to work. A grey see-thru band appears in the top portion of the screen and your only choice is to go page a page in your browser.
This happens with both Safari and Chrome.
Any ideas?

Which SP Theme are you using please? Although I have just tried this with all of our stock themes and it all seems well...
Using a desktop or mobile?
Are any of the other popups showing similar behaviour? If there is a generic problem with popup styling then I would have expected it to effect multiple instances.
And do you know when this issue started to appear for you?

Using Reboot theme on a Mac under latest version of OSX.
Recently started to be a problem. Can't pin down exactly when as we don't attempt this very often.

Which is exactly what I am using to answer you here and I can use the tool without any problem. No other reports either so this will come down to some kind of local environment issue.
What about the other two questions? And if you know how to use your web console can you check for any script errors - although if this were happening I would expect other popups to be a problem as well. (https://simple-press.com/docum.....r-console/).

Yes, we get the grey band with other popups. As for when it started? Well, if you read my previous post I have already responded. I will investigate web console but I guess it may take a while. We were attracted to Simple:press by the name. Wasn't expecting this level of expertise but I'm sure we'll get there.

I have not seen it of course but from what you say - and as it is effecting all popups - then it is going to be a styling conflict with either your WP theme or another plugin. If both your Simple:Press and your Reboot theme are all up to date then that is the likely explanation.
If you can give me a link to your forum page I might even be able to spot the problem...

That link doesn't appear to go anywhere at the moment? In Firefox I am not even getting an error - just... nothing. I will try again later.
