Hello,

I have a paid Gold Pass membership. We are building on a subdomain staging site, therefore cannot register until the forum is moved to the live domain. We need to update Add User Identities from version 2.1.0 to 2.2.0 but the plugin downloaded from the Gold plugin content is still the older 2.1.0 https://simple-press.com/store.....cess-pass/

We need that plugin to be updated on your end so that we can download and install.

Please let me know when that task is completed.

Hi - please download the use the PREMIUM INSTALLER - that should contain the latest versions.

If you don't want to install all the plugins that it installs, you can extract the identities folder from the RESOURCES folder and then upload it via ftp or zip it up (make sure it's named identities.zip) and upload it normally.

Yes, I did download the premium installer before leaving this help message, it too had the outdated version.

Huh. What version do you see in the premium-installer plugin? The top of the main plugin file (sp-installer-plugin.php) should state version 1.3. That definitely has v2.2 of the identities plugin.

Okay, I downloaded the premium-installer plugin again and updated the plugin. Worked this time. Thanks for your help!
