Support Forum
I'm not sure when this started happening as we don't use the forum often in our course. However, a student just told me that the forum is not working. When I visited the forum I could see the list of forum topics but when I clicked on one I was sent to a page of the forum but instead of displaying all the replies of past members it displayed the following error message "The page you were looking for was not found."
I'm not sure when this happened. However, I can tell you that we update WordPress every time a new update comes out and that we update our plugins as soon as updates are available. So I'm thinking that one of the updates is causing a problem but I don't know which one.
Has anyone had this error and does anyone know what to do?
Also this site is a paid membership site and we use imember360 as our membership plugin. If someone needs me to create credentials so they can visit the site and see the problem let me know so I can PM them.

It means it is performing what is generally called a 404. There could be a few reasons for this.
Firstly - go to the forum admin > Integration > Page and permalink panel. At the top - make sure that the correct WP page is selected to display the forum on. The one we create as a default is just called 'forum' but you may have changed it. Once you have selected the page - click on the Update Forum permalink button. Try the forum again.
Another reason this can happen is the use of a Redirection Plugin (such as 'Permalink Redirect' for example) . If you have installed one of these for any reason then you will need to exclude the forum page from it which is usually an option.
A third possibility is if you are using the Yoast SEO plugin. If you are then turn on the option to allow what it calls 'ugly permalinks'.
Another possibility is that you have a sub-folder in your website with the same name as the forum page (i.e., a folder named 'forum'). If so then try renaming it.
If none of the above - open the forum front page and hover the mouse cursor over a link to check that the permalinks are being created correctly. This will prove that the correct link is being requested bit something is blocking it. If this is the case I would ask your hosting company if they have added 'mod_security' to your site and ask if this could be the cause of the problem.

Thanks I checked on the suggestions above and none seem to have affected the problem.
The links on the forum page are the same links they've always been only instead of showing the posts, it gives "Page Not Found" error.
The thing is we haven't changed anything and this used to work. So I'm thinking that a problem has happened with a plugin that we use. I just tried disabling all plugins and that didn't work either.
So I'll ask about "mod_security" and see if that's the issue as this problem may have shown up after we moved the site to it's current host.

We are not using SEO plugins nor caching plugins or plugins that change our permalinks.
Also I tried disabling plugins except for Simple Press and it did not improve the situation.
I'm using Buddypress and the Buddy Boss Theme if that helps.
Here's the URL of our site but since it's a paid membership site you won't be able to see anything without a login.
I'll create a login for you so you can see the site for yourself.

Steve has been having problems accessing and logging into your site I believe. I will check with him in case he has been in touch with you that I am unaware of. But if not can you please check those credentials once again. He seems to be having similar problems to the ones I had when I first tried.
