'Pages Not Found'

Hi guys,
Ever since installing the simple:press plugin, on an almost daily basis the Wordpress pages (including the forum page where the simple-press forum lives) comes up with 'Page not found'. When this happens, it is "fixed' easily enough by updating the simple-press integration settings.
I've had a look around and couldn't seem to find a solution/anyone else having the same problem (Sorry if I missed it).
Some info:
- Wordpress version: 3.5.1
- Buddypress version: 1.6.5
- Simple:press version: 5.2.6
- Don't use a cache plugin
- Yoast Wordpress SEO version: 1.4.4

Yoast SEO has a setting somewhere to allow what they call 'ugly permalinks' (for some unknown reason!) That needs to be on (I think it is that way around). Is this the case?
Hi,
That setting is off by default, so I've turned that on and see how we go. Thanks!
